This was supposed to be a solo photo of Sam, but it led to a total Alice meltdown, including tears. So, hope you're not too upset mate, it's you, turning one, and your very proud big sis.

Since it was chilly and pouring rain, we went to check out the Wiggles (Indoor) Play World
Here's a solo happy birthday shot for you! (looking like such a mini-man in that plaid button-down)
Alice has decided on this trip to stop smiling for photos, and will frequently run away, fall to the floor or shake her head furiously. (it's just lovely behavior) Although you can't tell it here, she actually loved riding the cheesy carousel
She also loved meeting Dorothy the Dinosaur. When they announced that Dorothy was coming out for a visit I was nearly flattened by the stampede of children. This brings our character tally to 2 Wiggles, 5 princesses, 2 mice, 1 duck, 2 dogs, 2 chipmunks....
This gives you a sense of Wiggle World - A big warehouse activity center. When Lach called it a "playground" Alice corrected him and said, "No Daddy, it's a WORLD". (since we had told her it was Wiggle World) Also - more fun with Aussie food - their cafe offered vegemite sandwiches, jam sandwiches, mashed banana sandwiches
