Alice was pretty excited to see him this year - we talked about being brave around Santa so that the babies wouldn't get scared. (thanks SKB for letting us borrow the darling dress!)

And when Santa actually asks you afterwards, "Can I keep a copy of that photo? It reminds me of last year and the woman who brought her triplets and a 23 month old"... you know you've really struck gold!
