A bit of snow overnight had Alice out Saturday morning trying to build a snowman.

Sunday afternoon trip to see the Nutcracker. Alice made them their own construction paper Nutcrackers to bring (of course she did!)

Sam enjoyed Act 1, especially the Mouse King and the sword fight, but then he kept talking and wanted to go home. So he and I bailed out to make cookies for his teachers.
Alice got home later and performed three different dances from Act 2 for us. Including three different costumes.
What's this? Sam measured Buzz Lightyear's height against the wall and marked it with a pencil. Hee hee.
And finally - let's finish decorating those cookies!

p.s. Nutcracker looked really fun. Georgia would have LOVED it. Sorry we missed it. Maybe next year?
