Happy Australia Day

And..... we're back!!  Sorry, we seem to have taken most of January as a hiatus.   Today was Australia Day and we were all in the mood for something fun - especially Alice & Sam.

So we threw together a special Aussie dinner  (prawns, King Island blue cheese, spaghetti & meatballs, Matilda beer).  The lamb shanks idea defeated me.  Who had 3 hours?

 Pulled out some quick decorations

 Made a yummy pavlova

And had a fun, delicious, Australia Day celebration!
