Sam I Am

Sam, you are so funny these days, you deserve your own post. You made it to age 2 using mostly two words - "No!" and "Mama!". We are so happy that your vocabulary is finally expanding. Even if it includes our daily summons at 6:35 a.m. from the crib:

Ma! Ma!

Where! You!?

Come! Here!

Right! Nooowwwwwwww!

You crack us up with your big ideas. Like creating your own snowblower for the backyard

You are still walking around saying, "Ho! Ho! Ho!" and "Appy New Year!" in mid-January, which never fails to bring a smile to someone's face.

You are still the loudest child we know (and have been since birth). You idolize your big sister, want to read 100 books a day, and always burst in with "Me too!" when we talk about going out somewhere. You crack us up when you play trucks by having them talk to each other in the dollhouse. You are full of instructions about things we should be doing "Right here!" or "Right there!" or "Right now!".

You are constantly creating mischief, and yet have such a sweet heart, it seems like no one can really stay mad at you. In your own words, you are really, "O-tay!"

I love this post. Sam IS so funny these days. I'm still smiling about him accusing me of stealing momma's gym shoes today. :)
